The customer service at the hotel was actually nice, a pleasant surprise. The staff were friendly and helpful. the location of the hotel was great, with key attractions and amenities within easy reach. It was convenient being close to the city center and public transportation.

The hotel fell short in many areas. The rooms were in poor condition, with rusty furnishings and an overall lack of maintenance.

The staff was amazing, very helpful. Great location near metro and Eiffel Tower. Lots of nearby restaurants.

The beds were very comfortable, and there was a little kettle with tea bags in the room. The location is great, with easy access to the metro and just a 10-minute walk from the Eiffel Tower. There are also plenty of brilliant restaurants within a 5-minute walk. As adventure travelers, we appreciated the cozy and comfortable rooms.

This hotel is the perfect base for exploring the city, as it is located just a short walk from the iconic Eiffel Tower. The staff are helpful and accommodating, going above and beyond to assist with printing tickets and providing complimentary breakfast when the lift was out of order.

The rooms themselves were comfortable, with a choice of either a double bed or small twin beds. Additionally, the breakfast offered was delicious and a great way to start the day.
